Timism has a simple process to promote gender equality in local-to-global public offices. Each office (like the U.S. Senate) will have senior and junior member. Timism proposes one-and-done term limits with each newly elected office-holder serving one term as an OJT junior member. At the next election, the senior member resigns with promotion of the junior member. Elections are gender specific to the retiring senior official.
Using Timism's grassroots gerrymandering, each new supporter is inserted into national, state and local offices based on gender.
