The following states will be activated when an individual or organization makes the qualifying loan. Loans will be repaid in sequence of loan date along with other timism debts. When the loan is received, the state will be created with individuals being able to sign up by voting for a state university to have rights to and royalties from brainbees and votetime. Other benefits are listed here including the Lifehour Endowment Fund.

It is important to note that the person or organization that makes the loan also receives lifehour credits equal to the loan amount as well as one "recruiting" lifehour credit for each person that signs up in that state. This would ideal for a college, a newspaper, or a corporation. No foundations can make the loan.

As noted elsewhere, the first one million accounts are free with accounts thereafter paying one hour of wages. An important incentive is the refinancing of all loans are FIFO--first in, first out. Few middle-class people will not pay one-hour wages to have a weekly savings of several hours in interest costs.
