One reads about the high cost of healthcare, but $32,291 per day is beyond unreal. From where does this depressing "Total Amount Billed" come? Someone, somewhere, has a price for everything but the value of nothing.Without additional insurance, how do retirees living on Social Security ante up? Timism's proposal of community service for healthcare is a more rationale healthcare system.

This medical odyssey has an interesting, enlightening trajectory.

The odyssey after leaving the hospital has been very enlightening--doctor letter. It confirmed some conclusions about mind-body duality from 55 years ago that became Timism. Then, it was concluded that the mind had a rate of integrating(ROI) internal and external information based on the underlying biorhythm. Nightly, this rhythm is evidenced as the REM cycle. Furthermore, based on the ROI, the mental packets (thoughts) varied in complexity/size on a continuum. Each of our thoughts have a time value relative to ourselves and our world. In our thoughts, we are timeful creators or timeless cancers, e.g., the difference between free speech and hateful lies.

This ROI analysis became the basis of Timism, the Morality of More Time. Over the years, this model of time creator or time cancer was applied to other fields, e.g., economics, politics and religion. Whether a body, a religion, a party, or a theory, survival is of the most time creative. MAGA and Trump are the dying embers of a problem-igknowing white culture in the U.S.

Time is the thread in the fabric of life ... the graviity of existence.

The odyssey really began in 2003 when a cardiothoracic surgeon failed to do pre-op due diligance. After cracking my wife's chest, he realized that her heart was small for a small person. The pre-ordered values were too big. He went to valve attic and retrieved out-dated valves(details). One was still too large which required scraping away the wall between the chambers which destroyed the pacemaker cells. An artificial pacemaker was installed.

I would not have known any of this if an ICU nurse beginning her shift and reviewing the documentation had not exclaimed, "That's strange. You wife has valves from two different manufacturers."

The scraped area caused an infection and a hole developed in the wall between the heart chambers. A five-day $60,000 surgery became a four-month $300,000 trip to another city. The 2026 surgery probably would not have occurred if the up-to-date, less clot-proned valves of 2003 had been used instead twenty-year old 1992 values that were only 37% efficient.
