Jumbo Loans: For all of your debts (#7 of 100 Chain Letters for Democracy)

If you could consolidate all your loans (car, cards, house, etc.) into a single, no- or low-interest loan, would you? Would you be willing to work fewer hours equal to the money saved? In other words, you would have the same buying power working fewer hours. Furthermore, would you like "profit-sharing" payback in which your wages are divided into two segments, cost-of-living and disposable income. With profit-sharing payback, half of the latter is paid to your jumbo loan lenders.

Benefits of TImism's (detailed in the websegment 24in4):

1. Jumbo loans are calculated in the lifehour value of one's economy. This means the buying power repaid to lenders is not depreciated by monetary inflation.
2. Citizens are relieved of the angst of unemployment and bankdruptcy
3. The #1 social and economic problem of dys-employment(un-, under- and mis-employment) will fade.
4. As people on the employment latter work less, those below the top will be promoted to fill the fewer work hours of the higher ups with higher hourly pay.
5. Inflation and crime from unemployment will decrease as well as family abuse and road rage.

The proposed Timism mechanism of loan consolidation is already happening in many financial institutions: Freddie Mac(mortgages), Fannie Mae (mortgages) and Sally Mae(Student Loans). These government sponsored agencies buy up and consolidate loans.

One big difference between the latter three and Timism's re-timing of wage-earners loans is that the workers benefit rather those with money getting more money from workers without working a single minute. Consider the following from Google:

This is one example of why the rich get richer without a drop of sweat while workers have teardrops of unhappiness.

Why does this happen across the economic landscape? People are not organize in a manner proposed by Timism: brainbees and lifehours. Those who benefit better democracy deserve the benefits of better democracy.
