It must be realized by enough people that the CO2 Cost of Humanity to Mother Nature has two parts.

Cost of Living: The CO2 generated to produce the needed goods essential for physical survival.
Cost of Lying: The CO2 metastasized to fulfill subjective emotional wants of the moment.

It must be realized that more than 90% of human employment is engaged in unnecessary CO2 release.
It must be realized that each paid hour for unneeded goods and services is 12 pounds of CO2 fueling the acceleration of climate hell.
It must be realized that reduction of the workweek by eliminating paid hours for unneeded goods and services is a double-must to save our future.

As is ...

As is, Mother Nature is reducing the overall workweek (needs and wants) with her Russian Roulette of natural disasters.
As is, here today and gone tomorrow: Jobs, homes and food.
As is, the number of foreign and domestic climate refugees increases exponentially each year.
As is, domestic crime and international terrorism is fueled by climate refugees.
As is, if we don't share job time to reduce the unneeded paid hours, we will share climate refugee time via taxes, inflation and crime.

A soft-landing requires better democracy for people to prioritize re-timing needed or de-timing unneeded human activities.
A soft-landing requires term-limits to eliminate the habitual politicians who kept voting for the privileges of some to be super CO2-sinners, that is, super malignant materialists with the unearned income legally stolen from working masses.
A soft-landing requires moral leadership that does not preach falsehoods like the anti-Covid preachers who died from Covid, i.e., the Morality of More Time instead of the of Morbidity of More Falsehoods.

2 Hard-Landing
Because of the accelerating hydrophilic closed loop, it is unlikely that what needs to be done will be done. Habitual public politicians will continue to legalize private law (privileges) for their friends and families. The proposed better democracy via brainbees will be too little, too late. If enough people support a hard-landing, the generation of unneeded CO2 can be slowed rapidly.
It is important that people realize that with 24in4 that

their loans will be refinanced with profit-sharing payback,
they will earn healthcare by volunteering in a needed community service, and
earned lifehours can be used for food, rent, loans and taxes.

In other words, people will accept a hard-landing if the above conditions are met. And what describes those conditions? Hope.

In the 1500s, genocide and disease killed over 90% of native-born inhabitants of the Western Hemisphere. The deaths allowed the mass reforestration in just a few years that sequestered CO2. By 1600, the atmospheric CO2 levels dropped by ??%.
In my eighth decade of having lived a life as a mentalist and minimalist, the local CO2 natural disasters do not elicit sadness nor will a nuclear war. As Shakespeare wrote in Romeo and Juliette, "All are punished" because we are all CO2 sinners deserving of climate hell on earth.
As sure as I was in 1982 that rising atmospherice CO2 would cause droughts and civil chaos, so am I sure of a Nuclear War.
