The best way to reduce crime is democracy that educates and enables citizens to control their lives through the ballot and timeclock. Either we share job time or jobless crime.
Better democracy will come from Citizen Legislation to stop human physical and financial crimes against each other. Re-time and de-time to reduce or stop the CO-sinning against Mother Nature.
