Product Transaction Tax

If you buy a chair, you pay a sales tax. But, if you buy a company with a 1000 chairs and a 1000 bodies, you often pay no tax or have a tax-deduction or tax-exemption.

In order to buy anything, we need an umbella of economic stability and safety. If anyone should pay their fair share of economic well-being, it should be those who have the most to lose if the economy goes south with rising crime, terrorism and kidnappings.

And, what do the over-privileged do? They bribe corruptible habitual politicians to pay less and less until they can say, like Leona Helmsley, "We don't pay taxes, little people pay taxes."

Collected taxes should be allocated per profit-sharing taxation based on level rights.

Any transaction of goods or services that benefit the transactors should pay a percentage
of the overall cost of economic stability and safety.
