Greetings Lynchpins in transferring rifles to Ukraine:

If 10,000 Americans promise to donate a new or used scoped hunting rifle to be used as a sniper rifle in Ukraine, would you modify your shipping requirements to allow individuals to ship their donations to a Memphis or a Atlanta location where your firm would then fly them to Europe for transfer to Ukraine? This can be done with as much or as little reference to your company as you want. If an ATF rule-change is needed for this temporary modification of shipping requirements, I am sure it would be forthcoming if you asked the White House to intervene.

Lynchpins

1. Secretary of Defense Austin: Please convey to FedEx and UPS that the Pentagon would put a service member on the transport planes sothey could be designated as military needs to minimize custom requirements.
2. Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms: Please temporarily modify any limitations on firearm shipments from a FedEx or UPS location to a designated location in Memphis or Atlanta for shipment to Europe.
3. FedEx and UPS: Please temporarily modify your firearm paperwork so guns can be shipped quickly and cheaply to Ukraine freedom fighters.

In addition, consider a TV ad citing temporary lower costs and paperwork to ship a donated rifle as well as a large 3x4 ad in your storefront window: "We ship hunting rifles to Ukraine."
