1. Copy to drafts
2. Update From field with the default email address you use to send your emails
3. Update To field with your Timist group or ten special focus email addresses .
4. Modify ICANN=?? in Subject line with your country's ICANN, e.g., United States is US.
   Subject line contains
   1. Country of origin (ICANN=??)
   2. Title of Press Release
   3. File code, e.g., [pr_codename]
      No CC?
5. click Send
