Trump's Big Tariff Lie

Trump's big lie behind tariffs is that "other nations have been taking advantage of us." Bullshit! Since the Second World War, the U.S. has been taking advantage of other nations' workers with Monetary Colonialism, The U.S. imports high time-cost goods in exchange for near-zero time-cost products: dollars.

The imperialism has persisted because the primary foreign beneficiaries are the business and political leaders. They are akin to how plantation owners benefitted most from the sweat of the labor tied to the soil (neo-Feudalism). Outright corruption is illegal but economic chattelism is systemic bondage.

Trump's Big Tariff Lie has upset the apple-cart. The dollar is losing its teflon-proof luster as an investment of last resort. Bye-bye the benefits of Monetary Colonialism. The U.S. economy will go the way of England when it lost the Jewel in the Crown, the way of West African economies when they could no longer export slaves, and the way of the "Lost Causers" with Lincoln's Emancipation of slaves.

Any problem falsely diagnosed will never be solved. As stated many times, the U.S. has trade deficits because its habitual politicians and its muddled-class have priced the U.S. out world of markets: steel, clothes, shoes, ship-building and the services of the military defense and merchant marine. They will not come back with Executive Orders.

As low vocabulary citizens, MAGGOTS accept Trump's encyclopedia of simplistic, little word lies. Their main news sources are not the written word, but audio or visual: social media and Sunday sermons. It is predicted that increasing screen time is acceleration the loss of handwriting as a daily action. Trump's diction is middle-school at best. Interviewed liberals normally have bookshelf backstops. Ill-liberals are bookless in their 24/7 lives.

The vocabulary gap is the barrier that keeps MAGGOTS as bottom-feeders. The gap is a linguistic Wallace Line. If a person cannot read the first sentence of a paragraph then the information and truths contained in the sentence, paragraph, essay or book will be a foreign language.

Under-learned folk tend to disparage more learned folk, e.g., eggheads, big words, woke, thespian, etc. They think book banning and book burning are civic actions to save the world from false information of evil liberals. To educate them is a Catch-22. They don't realize the pitfalls of being under-educated to the origins of their daily problems so they prefer activities that distract them from the problems in their lives. Igknowance is bliss only until the igknowed problems blitze your life.

Better education is needed. MAGGOTS don't want it for themselves or for others. Consider Trump's attack on education and ill-liberals choosing home schooling.

(Disparaging foreign languages is as old as language itself. Greeks denigrated foreign tongues with the expression "bar bar bar" which became "barbarian.")

One truth to which Trumpies cannot turn a blind-eye is Inflation. The promises of future heaven-on-earth don't put food on the table.

From May 5, 2025: "U.S. Secretary of Commerce says the ‘new model’ is factory jobs for life—for you, your kids, and your grandkids."

This "new" self-delusion is never going to happen.

This is the billionaire bonds trader who said most retirees would not miss their Social Security checks since his mother would not miss her check.

Among the many deserved terms for Trump's administrators are Pied Pipers and Persistent Pinocchios.
