Every portal of human transition should have a temperature taker with a thermo thermometer, e.g., businesses, schools, work, etc. Anyone with a high temperature is barred entry and is told to go home. Students would have chairs in a room to await parents.

It is how China has reduced its rate of infections--door-to-door temp-takers. It is in the interest of businesses to do this to help stop the spread in order to remain open. Prevention is the best medicine.

I, for one, would boycott retail establishments that did not take this step to stop the spread. As is, as a retiree, I am hunkering down with my library and garden (Cicero). 

The CDC should focus on more temp taking than test taking which spreads the disease among medical staff. Focusing on testing without facilities is like teaching sex education without condoms.
