Commuters have been financially and temporally incurred losses of money and time due to the long-standing climate crimes of the Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts in the failure to use the existing pedestrian traffic signals one block west of the 34th Street vehicle traffic disruption that cause increased generation of carbon dioxide.
