Caveats--standard fine print:

  1. All signup fees are recorded as lifehour credits to a supporter's account. Meal-time sigunp fees go to the establishment with the supporter receiving a credit toward a meal. (Meal-time attendees need to visit the website and enter an entree so sufficient foods are available.) When pay the application fee, the establishment receives an email which lists your entree request. Your email is your attendance ticket and meal receipt.
  2. All funds go to cover costs of promoting Primary Moral Imperative to save life on earth from climate chaos.
  3. Discussion length is normally two hours with an introduction followed by the top posted questions based on lifehour payment. Thereafter, an on-site auction of questions will be held with top seven lifehour payees gettng to engage in a five-minute Q&A with the speaker.
  4. Participants comments are limited to five minutes per a timier. Reponses by the speaker are not timed.
  5. Limited number of participants.
  6. All seminars are 2-hours of length.
  7. Click on the name of the site for seminar menu and street location. Funds in excess of entry, if any, can be applied to other menu items.
  8. Deadine for signing up is noon the previous day to allow for food ordering. Collected meal funds will be transferred at this point to the establishment.
  9. Late arrivals, if space available, can pay the signup fee plus a 50% surcharge to the V.A. Volunteer Service.
  10. All V.A. Volunteer funds will be transfered within 24-hours.
  11. There are no refunds for no shows nor carriy-overs. The resources are not available to process refunds.

Question and Answer Auction:

  1. Participants can bid for five minutes of question and comment. The five minutes are timed based on the the bidders Q&A, not the seminar's speaker communications.
  2. If a bidder wins one of the seven on-line bidding slots, one pays a check or cash to the V.A. Volunteer Service.
  3. On each signup page, one can enter one's questions and how many minutes of one's wages one is willing to pay. Examples:
    1. If one's gross wages before deductions is $30/hour and one bids ten(10) minutes, one's payment would be $5.
    2. If one earns minimum wage, then a ten (10) minute bid would be 1/6 of $7.25 (Virginia) or $1.20.
    3. For salaried employees, divide your salary by 2000 for an hourly rate.
    4. If on stock options, divide your stock options by 2000.
    5. Rationale for time rather than dollar dependence: Global dying is killing all people, rich and poor. Out of the mouths of waifs can come words of wisdom.
  4. Please note this is an honor system. If one if found to "cheat" in reporting hourly wages then one is barred from any future benefits from Timism including the deletion of one's account. Better to error on the side of caution
  5. The bidding amount is a 503c deduction to our military's volunteer services. In addition, one's timism account lifehour credits will be adjusted.
  6. eBay Nature: Future Feature to allow re-bidding time payment on the last day.
  7. Depending on the time left from in the allotted two-hour seminar, five-minute Q&A's will be auctioned live.

The purpose of the seminars is two-fold and bi-directional: To inform and to learn.
