Ms. Hudson, Principal, Patrick Henry School of Science and Arts, Richmond, Virgnia
Mr. Edwards, Chief of Police, Richmond, Virginia

Greetings,

When the PHSSA opened, it should have guided students to the existing pedestrian lights at Semmes, Forest Hill and Dundee. Instead, someone decided to use 34th street as the student crossing. Idling cars have cost commuters time and money. Unnecessary CO2 has been generated. The person(s) behind the 34th Street crossings is a climate criminal for causing all the unnecessary CO2 from cars being falsely stuck in traffic.

I am seeking legal action to stop the 34th Street climate cancer. For past and future damages, a class action suit will seek the following: school ($1,000,000), principal ($100,000), and school board members ($100,000 each).

The class action suit will cancelled if Ms. Hudson does the simple thing that should have been done originally.

  1. Bar entry thru the two east doors (as they are doing tonight).
  2. Ban parent parking in the transportation loop--as noted, a petri-dish for CO2-accelerated ADHD.
  3. Ban students crossing at 34th street.

Chief Edwards, help the principal by temporarily providing three officer at key points to direct parents.

  1. 34th intersection, southside of Semmes to direct students one block west.
  2. 34th intersection, northside of Semmes to direct parents away from the CO2 petri-dish behind the school. (Research shows increased CO2 levels causes cognitive impairment--literature).
  3. 33rd street alley between Semmes and Springhill to stop parents driving to the back of school.

Ms. Hudson, email changes to parents. The proposed litigation will not only take up your time, but many will ask why you did not do the obvious, simple correction to a long-standing climate crime. Ms. Hudson, failure to do this simple expedient to stop Patrick Henry as a climate cancer will be deleterious to your career.

Additional incentives/disincentives are associated with Timism's pending webservice which has tools for better democracy (brainbees) and a proposal for teachers, police and firefighters to receive a monthly stipend of over $300. Ms. Hudson, if you not do the simple steps outlined above then software software will have a filter preventing PHSSA staff receiving the eventual monthly bonus. The issue is the accelerating climate hell from rising CO2 levels. Your school is a climate cancer which you can mitigate.

Likewise, Timism's Civility Brainbees will be denied to both RPD and RPS. With Civility Brainbees, potential speakers at public meetings submit their topic on-line before the meeting. Cyber-classrooms of seven submitters rank vote the other submitters with the highest vote-recipient becoming a re-presentor at the next level. This has been tested to a brainbee of five million submissions. The overall brainbee process is called Grassroots Gerrymandering. It will be used for zero-cost primaries, citizen legislation, personal democracy and youth wisdom forums. PHSSA staff, students and parents will not be allowed to participate in brainbees if the principal and board do not do the right thing.

In summary, if you do not do these simple acts as a prelude to stopping the PHSSA climate cancer, you are self-defining yourself as a climate criminal. As climate hell worsens, sadly, peaceful protests will be augmented by lone wolf actions for which you will only have yourself to blame. I believe in the ballot not the bullet,. However, as indicated by hundreds of mass shootings this year, others who are frustrated with their lives will want their 15-minutes of fame. I think PHSSA is setting itself for national TV coverage. Instead of spending $800,000 on a climate cancer, the money should go for school guards. That Stephanie Lynch is not preaching this eco-friendly solution to student transit is another example of why she should be recalled, e.g., $30 million for useless land.

Sincerely, Bob Barnett
