Europa Incendo:

Dear European Parliament Members (151) et .al.,  #30,

Nary a newscast lacks Mother Nature's worsening roulette of natural disasters: droughts, fires, floods and heat. She plays hopscotch around the globe with her natural disasters. Today (May 2026), among the many diverse global weather extremes is Europe's sweltering heat.

I stopped recording new weather extremes in 2002. It became redundant with merely a change in place and date. I recently referenced a previous European heat wave. It became too hot to cool nuclear reactors which were shut down with their electricity generation: Raindrops Magnify Heat waves. Because we don't sacrifice our CO2-sinning lifestyles, Mother Nature says, "Goodbye to air conditioning and food refrigeration.")

Corporate insiders (it is a distraction to say "corporations") will not change their pursuit of personal wealth. Their paychecks depend on the money bottom-line not the moral high ground. They feel if they get rich then they can buy safety from global warming. Higher CO2 causes the Alpha-Trifecta of more autism, ADD and Altzheimers expensive. Vacation homes have the same air of average homes. Bill Gates spent hundreds of thousands of dollars for 24/7 nursing care for his Alzheimer's father. Rich or poor, we all have the same biological metabolism that thrives or dies depending our atmosphere.

As mentioned repeatedly, TV weatherheads are not going to educate the public to the Extinction Level Event of the hydrophilic closed loop of  more CO2 > more droughts > more fires > more CO2 ad infinitum. This is what politicians should do (and one day will do): Require TV weatherheads to do the right thing. Otherwise, the station should lose its broadcast license with weatherheads and staff sentenced to five or ten years of day labor.

Only a polity sufficiently educated to the necessity to reduce unneeded pay will act to save life on Planet Earth. In economic terms, the average workweek would divide existing workhours by able-bodied workers. That economic workweek length is longer than the "needweek," that is, the hours.needed to work to have the necessities of life.

Since 1990 when one of my talking points in running for the U.S. Congress as an independent(25% of votes) was 24in4: By better managing our worktime we could have a 24-hour workweek in 4 years. The mantra was "Either we share job time or share jobless crime." Given that only 10% of the population works to provide needed food, the previously ideal 24-hour workweek is way too much. A 10-hour "needweek" (or, 500-hour workyear) would be ideal for the Primary Moral Imperative (video).

How do we get to the ideal "needweek"? Re-Time/De-Time brainbees are the easiest answer whereby the people (not money-bribable habitual politicians) decide what CO2 generation is unneeded. Less easy is liberating people from their morbidity of malignant materialism and their insecurities of ill-liberal fears.

If we do not initiate an optimal needweek length, Mother Nature will do it by destroying jobs, home and food. Either we share job time or share refugee time.

In education, if we don't teach the work ethic then all other learning is useless. In broadcast media, if we do educate the public to the Primary Moral Imperative of saving life on Planet Earth from climate change, then all life and lives are useless.

So, European Parliamentarians, are you going to do nothing and let Europeans care less and less about Ukraine and Iran as the daily pain of climate change worsens? Are you going to let your TV gatekeepers of climate change information igknow the Extinction Level Event? They need your impetus and legislation to do the right thing.
