Raindrops Magnify Heatwaves
There are many certainties about Carbon Dioxide as The Global, Multi-Tasking Killer Molecule.
One certainty is that over-population is the common cause of climate hell. Globally, CO2 generation averages In recorded history, nearly 50% of the humans who have lived in the last 10,000 years are still alive procreating more babies: 350,000 per day. As one wag put it, "The number one serial killer of life on earth is the human genitalia."
Hydrophilia may have an effect similiar to using a magnifying glass to start a fire. Properly positioned, the glass will concentrate sunlight of the whole glass on one spot and raise the temperature enough to start a fire.
Please note that this researcher views the atmosphere for what it is, an electro-chemical process based on his background in both (resume). Most research weatherheads view it as a computer project. TV weatherheads view it as a paycheck--they do little or no research.
While there is no doubt about CO2 liking water more than water likes itself (hydrophilia), are CO2-formed Frequency Resonating Quantum (FRQ) magnifiers of heatwaves. It could be that the FRQs act like raindrops on hairy leaves on a sunny day. ['Raindrop' sounded better in title than FRQx.] The raindrop concentrates the sun's energy into heat that scorches a dead spot into the leaf.
Do ground-hugging CO2 FRQ clusters mimic raindrops and make the ground hotter? If true then there is a molecular basis for more CO2 meaning more heatwaves beyond FRQs trapping heat in the atmosphere.
Of course, the total energy with or without magnification. However, the dissipation of heat is different based on the temperature. This may be a mechanism that adds to the heating trapping of atmospheric FRQs like clouds.
With atmospheric CO2 levels, we have passed the tipping point and may have passed the point of no return. Mother Nature has shown she can eliminate the ways by which we try to survive heatwaves: Over-stressed electrical grids go off line taking away our AC units and our food refrigerators.
| France gets 80 percent of its electricity from nuclear power. Once a
nuclear plant is built and running, the power station doesn't emit greenhouse
gases. But as summers in Europe get hotter, an unexpected hitch has emerged.

The only salvation is reducing our CO2-sinning lifestyles based on fossil fuel foolishness. We are encumbered by incumbents addicted to re-election. If you like habitual problems, vote for habitual politicians.
Will what needs to be done be done?
Or, do people accept a fatal fate?
While politicians can be faulted for general failed policies,
it is the TV weatherhead who daily fail humanity.
What TV weatherheads should do.
