There are many non-profit volunteer services that disappear when disasters strike, e.g., hurricanes, fires, and tornados. Among these here-today, gone-tomorrow services are food and water. Ad hoc after-the-fact concoction fail to meet the needs. Timism's whole plan will reduce suffering.
