Civil Trinity: Firefighters, Police and Teachers

Civilization began to develop when hunter-gatherers settled down in one location from which cities evolved. Civil derives from city. The evolution of cities and civilizations accreted special services to optimize survival and stability. These services are the foundation of cities and civilization, the Civil Trinity.

Like the weather, everyone talks about the Civil Trinity members being underpaid and under-appreciated ... but nobody does anything about it.

Well, Timism has several proposals to rectify the under-valuation of firefighters, police and teachers. More than more buying power is more morality, respect and freedom.

  1. Ten monthly lifehour credits: When Timism has national political clout due to sufficient supporters, civil "trinitists" will be paid a monthly 10 lifehour stipend. In 2023 with a lifehour valued at about $31(US), that is a monthly buying power bump of over $300. Like all lifehour credits, they will be used for food, taxes, loans, etc. Caveat: To receive monthly lifehour stipends, you must use your employment email address. If you signup for other accounts under other email addresses, you will be barred from any Timism benefits.
  2. 24in4: Either we share job time or jobless crime. Fully implement, trinitists will work four days of six hours. This will be possible as other citizens, trading workhours for volunteer hours and healthcare costs, will become classroom aides, police assistants and fire helpers. Teachers would work a flipflop workweek of MTWT ... TWTF ... MTWT ... TWTF with a four-day weekend twice a month. On days off, volunteers would menter, test and fieldtrip. Part of 24in4 is loan consolidation into a jumbo loan with extended payback period (aka, Finlandized).
  3. All loans will be bundled into a jumbo loan that is paid off over one's worklife at zero interest for early birders. Repayment is a percentage of income beyond the cost of living.
  4. Disaster Prep Services: Increase stability in the cities by implementing a standarized model to develop the basic needs of civilization, food and healthcare.
  5. Jabber Democracy: An additional $1.6 million per highschool by standardizing vaccines at high schools.
  6. Civility Brainbees: Use brainbees to eliminate chaos at public meetings.
  7. Lancaster Junior Teachers: Reward higher graded students with good grade to mentor lower classmates in math and reading, e.g., 5th grade does kindergarden, 6th grade does 1st grade. This mentoring would be on the teachers' days off under the supervision of volunteers earning lifehour credits. Lancaster tutors will fulfill their community service as classroom aides rather than litter patrol, etc.

Students: Student accounts will have a one-time infusion of fifty lifehour credits with a currency value of theri national currency.
