Global Firefighting Authority

An "Amber Alert" system is needed for immediate, rapid response when forest or range fires erupt. It is a necessary step to end the hydrophilic closed loop of  "more CO2, more droughts, more fires, more CO2, ad infinitum."

A global closed-loop of rising CO2 causing droughts and fires increases CO2 in the atmosphere. This is due to hydrophilia and detailed in Siberian fires. This closed loop is an Extinction Level Event warranting a global crash action greater than the Manhattan Project mad dash to create the atomic bomb. The forest fires are the cause of the seasonal flip-flops between droughts and floods.

Timism's grassroots gerrymandering provides the process by which to create a local to global authority to define and enforce actions. Beginning at the high school level, when 343 supporters have signed up, the top electees will be automatically assigned to higher levels of organization.

These higher authorities observe the division by seven process that is the core of brainbees divisioning for better democracy. As winners of grassroot brainbees, ususally high schools, were added to the authority, every new group of seven selected and promoted a member to the next higher level.

Several actions that can be done prior to tabbing the intellence citizens who will be eventual victims of climate fires, directly or indirectly.

1. Every home with a swimming pool must have a standalone water pump and 360 degree agricultural sprinkler system to empty the pool within 60 minutes. Otherwise, no home insurance when the house burns up.
   
   
   
2. All high schools will have training and equipment for juniors and seniors to respond to minor brush and forest fires before they become major fires. School buses will pull equipment trailers and water mules(400 gallons).
   

   State govenors should order their state Departments of Education to implement high school based rapid response teams of juniors and seniors. Which is better? Training to fight fires or teaching how to play? One will guarantee will the other risks high school survival. Timism provides the basis for a national coordination of "hacks" to fit the environment of the locality.
   

3. Old gasoline tankers (10,000 gallons) converted into water tanks with water pumps to spray like fire trucks. More water than any helicopter: The largest firefighting helicopters, like the Chinook CH-47, can carry up to 3,000 gallons of water or retardant. Smaller, medium-duty helicopters might carry around 1,000 gallons. Smaller helicopters used for firefighting typically carry around 100 gallons or less. 4. Road Trains to deliver more water than helicopters: four times 10,000 gallons is 40,000 gallons or 400 typical helicopter trips
   
   
   
5. Railroad tank cars for massive  upwind and downwind water spraying and humidity improvement. Tankers can hold 34,500 gallons. Typical railroad locomotive can pull 100+ tankers, that is, 3,450,000 gallons of water. (34,500 helicopter trips)
   
   
   
6. Farm equipment  to plow belts of turned soil downwind from fires. In 2001, Australia had the "Black Christmas" fire that came from the Outback. It was 1400 miles long (Chicago to Miami). It burned up the national university and a fourth of national capital. To prevent a repeat, in the Outback one-mile-wide strips were plowed every ten miles.

7. Special secret when better democracy.

Different terrain have different needs, e.g., forests vs. grasslands. The Global Firefighting Authority will develop different training and equipment for each.
