We have a Primary Moral Imperative: to save life on Planet Earth from the Climate Hell  It is a matter of self-survival.

A key understanding to reversing climate hell is that the CO2 cost of humanity to Mother Nature comes from two sources:

• The cost of living is the CO2 generated to produce needed goods and services.
• The cost of lying is the CO2 generated from our wants that we don't need.

A somber fact that has many facets is how less than 10% of the population produces the needed goods and services. They are true workers imbued with the work ethic. Work is solving real time-wasting human problems.

Ninety percent of human employment is generating the CO2 that is killing us. Spending time and sweat at play is not work. The play pathos is self-distracting non-work. Encapsulating the Morality of More Time: Of course, you are busy, but at what are you busy? (Thoreau).

ticking Timebomb:
Ninety percent of employment has another demographic high percentage: 53% of Americans read at a 6th grade level or less, that is, they are vocabulary challenged, low literacy, and opinionated gut-reactors. Basically, they want something-for-nothing, that is, they want high paying jobs without investing time to become a better problem-solver.Joining each other, they form blocks that protest not for justice but for privileges and entitlements. As Mother Nature or enlightened policy-makers shorten the workweek, January 6 violence is inevitable.

One can tell an immoral law by the cliche "And, it's legal." A big example are 401ks that have stolen workers 'pensions in the last half century. Likewise, one can tell an existential lie about work and play when a person says, "I couldn't live without it." False employment demands speed up the day of reckoning.

Demanded by the Primary Moral Imperative is how do we gradually reduce the CO2 cost of lying to ourselves as to what is important. How do we do it to avoid the our world descending into the chaos of another failed state. We probably won't do it because the money and politicians are owned by a few percentage who are the non-workers.

We need to reduce the average workweek so as to reduce the disposable income beyond the cost of living. Every hour of unneeded pay is fueling climate hell. Mother Nature is reducing the average workweek each time a hydrophilic-driven natural disasters destroys communities, homes and jobs.

Doing nothing to reduce the average workweek is a prescription for more climate change refugees. Some will sit in refugee camps or on homeless street corners. Some will turn to crime and violence.

Timsm proposes a program and goal to gradually reduce the workweek and disposable income.

1. 24in4: In principle, by better employing our human resources we can have 24 hour workweek in 4 years with more funds and fun for self, family and community in a safer, saner world. Either we share job time or jobless crime.  How?
   1. Refinance one's loans into low-interest jumbo loan with profit-sharing payback. The money one saves is translated in working fewer hours equal to the savings. Loans are being consolidated and refinanced all the time via Fanny May, Freddie Mac and Sally May. The difference is that 24in4 refinancing promotes capitalism per capita rather than capitalism for a fewer few.
   2. Volunteer in needed community service. Take healthcare costs out of the employment paycheck which averages eight hours a week. For healthcare, would you be willing to weekly work eight hours less and annually volunteer 400 hours?
   3. 24in4 is more than a social and political goal. It is a necessary condition to pursue the Primary Moral Imperative of saving life on earth. Either we share job time or share jobless time in climate change refugee camps.
2. Re-Time and De-Time Brainbees: There are some high CO2 wants based on how we lie to ourselves about what is important. Such activities are the morbidity of less time rather the morality of more time.
   1. If we rely on habitual politicians to reduce the costs of lying, they will sell privileges to highest campaign contributor.
   2. These morbid actions should be reduce or eliminated by public plebiscites made possible by Timism's brainbees. Brainbees embody the words of Abraham Lincoln in two important ways.
      1. No one should govern without the consent of the governed which brainbees can achieve.
      2. Government of, by and for the people. (Get It Boys address vs. Gettysburg address)

Some actions will be harsh, but not as harsh as Mother Nature's disasters: Sherman vs. Stalin. The will of the people will be enforced by the boycott of the CO2 sinners. That is what Gandhi and King would advise.

CO2 Sinners

Who is a greater CO2 sinner?

1. The Wall Streeter who legally robs workers of their pensions via 401ks--the biggest bank robbery in history? Regardless of the modus operandi, all thieves are over-paid relative to the value of their produced goods and services.
2. The robbed victim who cannot retire. They work past retirement to have healthcare which was a given for people's grandparents before 401ks. But, obsessed with watching sports instead of politicians, the American Muddled-Class deserve their worsening American Nightmare.

To save life on earth, we need to re-time and de-time human activities based on the living/lying cost of humanity to Mother Nature. This analysis must be done through monthly brainbees. Some activities will be de-timed by de-electrification. Some by rising taxes. Some simply outlawed.

Climate criminals to be de-timed with Day Labor sentencing.

1. TV Weatherheads are useless and expensive compared to checking one's cellphone for weather.
2. 2028 Presidential Commentators who abuse mass communication under falsehood of free speech. A right or freedom prevents or solves a time-wasting problem. Political pundits distract from real problems with cognitive garbage.
